As far as I know no one from EA Sports reads (or responds at least) to these forums. The forum has evolved to users trying to help other users. If you need an official response from EA make sure you go through their customer support channels...this isn't it.
I keep posting and never hear anything back from EA Sports. DO they read these?
I can't help you with the connection problems since I don't seem to be having any problems. I looked at my achievements on NFL training camp (I think it was the first time I have been to that part of the game) and discovered that I HAVE the "Use your head DB" milestone. I don't know what I did to receive it! :) I just started phase 3 of the 60 day challenge on hard and I hve just been following the routines NFL provided.|||I was having the same problem with connection for a couple of weeks, and it seems to have resolved itself. On occasion, I have needed to persist for several attempts before it successfully connects, but it eventually does. There are clearly some EA server issues, and although the connection is not always reliable or consistent, I can almost always get connected. So don't take 'no' for an answer from the EA server; I have often been able to get connected on my 4th or 5th attempt.
As for the DB Challenge and 'Using Your Head', it appears that some people have had success by keeping their arms by their side on the "high ones" and using a short jump for those. This hasn't worked for me, so I guess I haven't yet stumbled upon whatever it is the sensors are looking for. So keep hammering away at the challenge with your arms at your side, until some day you do it just right and the NFLTC sensor gods are appeased.
Good luck! :)
