Frustrations with no data and pausing

This is such a wonderful exercise program but it is being severely let down by problems. The program regularly pauses in mid flow and you have to shout "resume" at it. I think the answer to this is to turn speech recognition off but this defeats the whole thing. My main problem is that none of my data is showing up on the online account. Tech support have been no help whatsoever. Flippin' shame. am really enjoying this program other than this. Can anyone help with the data problem?
