1)I notice on any of the exercises with the resistance band that the trainer 'freezes', although as far as I can see I am doing the exercises properly. The only way out of this is for me to quit on these exercies which is not ideal.
2) How do I USE the nunchuck? As far as I can see nowhere in the instruction book does it tell you this or on the disc. It only tells you - HOLD the nunchuck but not how to operate it or when!
I'd appreciate any advice re these questions.

Many Thanks - Heddybell|||That's all you need to do - hold the nunchuck, same as you just hold the wiimote.
You need to position your hands exactly as they tell you in the review or the trainer will freeze and wait for you. Be sure the nunchuck and the wiimote are pointing in the right direction and that they are in your hands correctly or they will not register the move. Once you figure it out it'll be a breeze.
The nunchuck is difficult to get into the legband, but it needs to be in there tight or it will fall out. It has to be pushed down all the way to the bottom, that way it will stay in and it will register your moves correctly.|||:)
CM|||For further instruction within the game and step by step pictures on how to hold the controllers, select the INFO button on the main menu of the game (it's on the bottom of the screen).|||I appreciate all the advice. I'll let you know how I get on in due course. Meantime - Thanks.|||I have found that when the trainer freezes and I am doing the right thing, I just move the remotes around in my hand I find that during the excersise the remote will slip slightly and then the signal is lost. Moving it around will get the signal and remote back to the right spot.|||Just as Jenx9000 said I now find using both the remote and the nunchuck "a breeze" after constant practice for three weeks or so! I love this EA Active! Thanks all, for your replies.|||I am so glad I signed on with all of you!! I was ready to pull my hair out and smash the disc. :) But I now see, I need to be patient. It usually freezes up when I am doing the lunges, but today it froze when I was doing the arm curl/pull ups. Now if you will excuse me, I will go put my disc back in and give it another try. Can't quit now, only 30 lbs from my goal. Thanks!!!
