How Do I Leave A Group That I've Joined (PS3)?

Hi Everyone,
I have joined a group and nobody seems to be participating and I am at my limit of three groups joined. I am not able to find a way to remove myself from a group so I can join another on PlayStation 3.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Leave group.
Use the drop down to select the group. Then hit the leave group button.
