Monitor lights blink; rebinding won't work

I will preface all of this by saying I am a huge fan of EA Active Sports. I worked out with both versions on Wii and saw great results. However, in the 2 weeks since I've had EA Active 2, I have been riddled with problems. I'm desperate for help!
The main problem I am having now is both monitors are blinking, then never connect. I have had to rebind peripherals before, but now, it never recoginzes either monitor during that process, and I can't proceed. I have put fresh batteries in both monitors - twice. The USB is connected properly, as during the rebinding process, it is always recognized. How can I proceed if the monitors are never connected?
So very excited to get started; yet, so disappointed that something I love has become so complicated!|||RE:kcpcb
The next time to boot up EASA, can you unplug and re-insert the USB adapter (while the game is running) and then see if you can sync the peripherals by holding down the buttons until they connect?
Make sure that the USB adapter is plugged directly into the USB port on the console, and not in a USB hub.
If that doesn't work for you, can you please send me a private message, I'd like to discuss further options. Thanks!|||What do you mean not in a USB Hub? I only have one place the USB adapter can go and that is on the top of the wii console.|||What do you mean not in a USB Hub?
