Leg Sensor does not stop blinking

My leg sensor never sinks up with the console and never stops blinking, even when the system is off. I am using a PS3 and the only way I can get the leg sensor to stop blinking is to take the batteries out. I have unplugged the USB sensor and re-plugged it in. I have tried to rebind the sensors. Both arm bands seem to be working fine, it is only the leg sensor.|||Are you even able to play the game without the leg sensor syncing up?
It sounds like you have a bad leg sensor. You should be able to take it back to your place of purchase for an exchange. They will probably want to swap out the whole system with all the sensors and the disk.|||The game will start and only go until it is looking for the leg sensor. Would Best Buy take it back even though I do not have the bill of sale?|||Did you buy it at Best Buy? You would have to ask them. I know at Target that they can take the credit card that you used and track your purchase that way. Maybe Best Buy can do the same thing. Since you are not asking for your money back and just asking to exchange one game for another of the same game it should be easier.
Good luck!|||Well today was very disappointing, I went to do my second workout on my 9 week plan.. I use a Nintendo Wii
When I got to the split squats the right leg sensor stopped connecting and now only blinks without connection. I am experiencing the same problem as you. I only purchased this product brand new 5 days ago and with not even 1 hour of usage its broke.. I only purchased my new Nintendo wii to play this game and I feel extremely ripped off.
This has to be the most demoralizing workout experience i've ever had in my life.. Back to the donuts lol Tim Horton's here I come!
|||I have used the system for over a month. It just now stopped working. I am not sure the place I bough it from will exchange it. Is there another way of getting this fixed?|||There is a 90 day warranty from EA sports. Check the last page of the manual/pamphlet that came with the game for details.|||When I first started on the PS3, one of my sensors wouldn't connect and just kept blinking. I almost packed it up to send back, but in frustration I held the sensor button down and it eventually connected. I think I held it down for about 5-6 seconds. Since then, it connects as soon as I click it on, just like the other sensors.
