Memory Stick not recognised by PC

Can you please explain why the memory stick is not recognised by either laptop or PC. How can I overcome this?|||That's because it doesn't go in your PC. It's used for the sensors to connect to your console. You load data to your PC by connecting your console online and uploading it.
