I've only had the things for a week and a half and the right arm sensor has decided to pack in on me, very disappointed as today was a scheduled work out day and now I've missed it.
Anyone else had the same issue?
To make things worse I don't think I have my receipt :)|||I'm on my 3rd one (right arm)
My first set just died on me, no lights no nothing, new batts and still nothing.
2nd set, half way through a work out 17 minutes in I got the please connect message. Blue lights would flash but would not connect at all..
Now I'm on my 3rd set (Note all brand new right down to the disc and band).|||Ya I'm on my 2nd one. Happened to me too with the arm sensor. I went and exchange it. You had it only for 10 days. I would go to the store and tell them that I lost the receipt and see what they will say. They should be able to scan the barcode and know when did you get it. I will give it a try anyway. Going to go back to the store tomorrow and see what they can do for me. If nothing, then looks like I have to send it out to EA and see how many weeks/months till I get something back :)
