Maybe a stupid question:
Is it possible to track back how long a workout session was on a specific day and how many calories I've burnt?
I can see a total when I click on the medal, but I want to be able to check how long my training took this morning..
Help anyone?|||I don't think this is exactly the level of detail you're looking for, however, a couple things I can think of are:
In EASA More Workouts you can go into the Journal - then bring up the weekly fitness tracker. This will allow you to view information by week. Use the arrows to look at previous weeks' information. You can also view the info as a graph by clicking on the Stats Graph button in the lower right hand corner to view minutes and calories by week.
Also, from the main Wii menu - click on the envelope in the lower right hand corner. Next, Click on the calendar in the lower left corner, then click on any date and open the envelope. This will display the number of minutes you spent playing each game on that day.
