Can I retreive my lost data on ea active 2---wii

I bought this game few days ago and the heart monitor was acting weird. Sometime it works really fine and sometime it doesnt start at all. I did read all the other (almost same issues as mine) here in the forums and I did try them all but nothing really helped. So I decided to go and exchange it---which I did yesterday but now all my data on the wii console is lost... Its like Im starting all over again my 9 week program. Is there any way to retrieve my data on the console... My online data is still fine its just the console that showing zero workouts and zero in everything. Pleassse helllp.
Thank you|||Did you happen to delete your saved game data from console?|||Before I go and exchange the game, I went to settings under my profile (in the ea active 2) and yes I choose delete my fitness profile. I thought that would be okay and that I would be able to import it again from my online account. Do you know if I can do that?|||If you create a new profile inside EASA 2 and enter in the same email and password as you did before (the same one as your email/password from your website, your stats from the website should be copied back to your profile. You will lose your settings data and you challenge data, though, as these are not stats. If you exchange for a new copy of the game, you shouldn't need to delete your profile, though, just a head's up for next time.|||

Thank you for letting me know about deleting the profile thing. Once I got the new copy I added my email/password but its like nothing happened, showing 0 workouts completed/0calories burned and I had to choose the 9 week program all over again. Its like Im starting all over. is that what you meant? I hope I understood|||As soon as you delete your profile, you will lose your 9 week challenge data. Some stats can be gathered from the website.
When a User deletes their profile and then re-logins using the same account this is the info this synced back down to the console.
Feature Wii PS3/Xbox
Surveys No No
Challenges No No
Goals No No
Totals/Misc *Yes Yes
Trophies Yes** Yes
Guage/pnts No No
Tracker Stats No No
Weight History No No
Settings Yes Yes
For trophies, on the Wii only the awarded status is synced down. So if the user is 95% complete a trophy and then deletes their data, the will lose that 95% and have to restart, but any trophy that’s 100% awarded will be resynced down.
For Totals this is a list of all the synced down stats:
Number of Workouts Completed
Total Calories
Total Distance
Total Duration
Average Heart Rate
Max Heart Rate
Heart Rate Recovery Time
The biggest piece of info the user will lose is their Program info. Their progress will not be resynced down and the user will have to restart their workout.
