I figured out I can reschedule the 21 days program for the upcomming week, but is there a way to reschedule for this week?
Say I want to do the workout that is scheduled for tomorrow today?
Is there a way to do this?

Johan|||Not that I know of for EASA 2. The previous 2 version were more flexible - not sure why they made this one as absolute as they did. If you miss a workout it will go into the missed workout list and you can do those on your rest days, however, I don't know anyway to do one in advance.
