ea sports acive more workouts-movement registering

Hi,
I just did my first workout with the more workouts game, and I had some problems. Sometimes (especially when I was jumping on those logs over the water or ducking a punch) the game registered movements before I did them. Other times, when I was trying to hit the moving targets, it did not register my movements at all. Could I have a defective game or is it something else? The game did work correctly most of the time, but I was not sure because of those issues.
Thanks!|||I have found that this version (more workouts) is way more sensitive to the controllers then the first active. It does reps that I havent done yet in several of the exercises. Then on some of them like the jumping on the rafting it just dosent register.
I have found on the boxing that you need to punch or kick when it first hits the blue or red lines on the pipes dont wait till it gets towards the bottom or it wont register sometimes.
Hope that helps.
I kinda think they went over sensitive after all the complaints from the first game.
Its kinda sick but sometimes I wish on the boxing partner that If I moved too slow they would wack me. LOL or I could wack her. LLOL.
kathy c|||Thanks, so you do not think I have a defective game?
|||I've had the same experience, just the slightest movement will register as if I did the whole activity, like the jumps you mentioned, while in the cardio boxing, just last night, not a single one of my left kicks registered, but all of my right kicks did - with equal vigorous energy and height, as evidenced by muscle twinges this morning. Some of it is just getting to know the game and its quirks - I suspect that I wasn't centered on the sensor, so it missed the left kicks, cause it picked up all of the knee ups. Or I kicked later than I should on that side. I've also had trouble with some of the arm exercises not registering right away, when I have everthing in the right position, facing the right way (biceps last night were an issue) but if I give the nunchuk and remote a quick shake, the Mii responds. If you are concerned, trade it in, any reputable store will exchange, but it is probably a case of getting to know the product....
